I didn't grow up talking about money. I grew up around it, and watched it quietly do its damage anyway.
Raised in the Bay Area during the dot-com boom, I had every material advantage and almost no financial education. No one talked about saving, investing, or what money was actually supposed to be for. What I saw instead was how a mismatch in values, even in a home with plenty, can erode the things that matter most. That lesson settled in early and never left.
My real education came from somewhere unexpected. After graduating from CU Boulder, I joined the Peace Corps and served in Azerbaijan for 27 months followed by living and working in Bandung, Indonesia, as an educator and consulting with NGOs By any American measure, I had almost nothing. And for the first time in my life, I felt genuinely free. That experience rewired how I think about wealth entirely. It's not about accumulation. It's about what you're using it to build, and whether that thing is actually yours.
I came back knowing that most financial problems aren't math problems. They're clarity problems. Alignment problems. Behavior-under-pressure problems. And they don't get solved with a spreadsheet alone.
Since 2014, I've worked with entrepreneurs, business owners navigating transitions and exits, independent women, pre-retirees, retirees, and families who are ready to build something intentional. My practice combines fiduciary wealth management with values-based coaching because in my experience, the plan is rarely what's missing. Purpose is. And when purpose gets clear, the plan actually works.
I hold a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with my Series 7, Series 66, insurance licensure, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.
Home is Glenwood Springs, Colorado, a town I love with the kind of loyalty that only makes sense once you've lived here. In 2017, I married my husband Dan at sunset atop Mt. Yeckel (11,756’) became a bonus mom to his three kids in the same afternoon (now 22, 20, and 16). In 2020, our miracle daughter arrived. My family shapes everything about how I work and why I care.
When I'm not with clients, I'm on the mountain in winter, on the trails or river in summer, cooking with people I love, or planning the next adventure. I've been a Rotarian for over a decade and currently serve the Snowmass Village Rotary Club as programming chair, following past roles as president and secretary. I also serve on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Roaring Fork Valley and volunteer as a classroom teacher.
I came to this work through my own reckoning with money, meaning, and what a well-lived life actually looks like.
If you're ready to build wealth that reflects who you are and where you're going, let's talk.
